Engineers with experience

Dr Klaus J Berg, FIEAust, RPEQ, Managing Director

Klaus graduated from the University of Hess, Germany, in 1975 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

He worked in Germany with Demag in the structural division for maritime equipment in material handling.

Thereafter, he was offered a position as a Senior Engineer with the automotive industry and travelled overseas providing engineering and management support to dealers and subsidiaries.

Because of his overseas experience he was offered positions as a Senior Engineering Manager working in different countries, where he gained extensive experience in operational management of engineering business, in design focused in material handling, transmission, and in specialist equipment for mechanical engineering.

Returning to Australia, Klaus followed his inspiration and established a consulting company in mechanical/structural engineering using his initials.

He completed a doctorate at the Queensland University of Technology in commercial microwave application, where, during that time he used his knowledge in providing educational support to undergraduate students in subjects of mechanical engineering.

Klaus has been involved in engineering projects for over 25 years and is interested in close collaboration with his customers, in providing solutions to engineering projects.
